Contracts business customers

Business customers should receive a contract every year and sign it. Can something be made for this in SideIQ so that this is also easier, that they can sign it and also get the confirmation themselves with their signed contract? And that there is a notification when the contract is about to expire, so that we can send a reminder if they want to extend for another year or something.
