Materials & work order preparation

I am now looking for materials in my warehouse and for employees it is useful that they can see what they need to take with them so that they can check that off, for example. But also for someone who makes a quotation that he can indicate how many materials an employee needs so that it can be prepared immediately, for example in larger companies with a warehouse.

Inventory management for large companies.

But for small companies without stock management.

Inspection -> quotation with detailed number of products and work hours -> send quotation -> customer accepts quotation -> planning makes appointment -> preparatory work order for field service with which and how many products (so they take enough of each product) -> work order for the day of execution field service employee.

And then an option to send the quotation detailed or not.

And

For a quotation based on linear meter prices, a preparatory work order must be prepared by default with the x number of products needed per linear meter x the number of linear meters.
