Route planner function based on work time work order

Based on the actual time worked at a location at a customer, where you come repeatedly (a customer with a subscription for say once a week/month/quarter), have the route planner automatically adjust itself to the working time used on average for that location. This is to ensure that routes are created optimally with as little wasted time as possible.
